Making a Pizza [ GRADE 6 ] Marc
During their last week at camp, Grade 6 students had the opportunity to cook their own pizza. They had to type their recipe, invent the name of the restaurant and also the name of their pizzas. Here are some images of them during the creation and you can also see the recipe below. Also, if you go in the video section, you will be able to find the commercial for their pizza.

Smarties chocolate brownie pizza
- 1 egg white
- 150 grams (3/4 cup) caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60 grams (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 20 grams (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
- 70 grams (1/2 cup) plain flour
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 100 grams (2/3 cup) dark chocolate
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) thickened or heavy cream
- 150 grams (1 cup) assorted chocolate candy* M M Smarties Peach Ring Cara milk
Line an oven tray with baking or parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 160 C (320 F). In a large mixing bowl, add the egg white and sugar and whisk together until smooth. Then add your vanilla and mix again. Then add your melted butter and mix again.
Sift in your cocoa powder and flour and gently stir until a chocolate batter forms. Finally, add the milk and vegetable oil and stir gently until smooth.
Pour your brownie batter onto your prepared tray and spread out to form a large circle. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes (15 minutes for a more chewy bark, 20 for a more crisp bark). Leave to cool completely.
To make the chocolate ganache, roughly chop the chocolate and add to a small bowl. Pour over the cream and the pop in the microwave for 20 second bursts, stirring in between, until chocolate has melted. Put the ganache in the fridge for about 15 minutes to thicken slightly.
Spread the ganache over your pizza base, then press your candy on top while the chocolate is warm. Leave for 10-15 minutes for the chocolate to set, then cut into slices.

Trick-or-Treat Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- Assorted Halloween candies of your choice, unwrapped
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons creamy icing
Directions
- Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press onto an ungreased 14-in. Pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 18-22 minutes or until deep golden brown. Let it cool down.
- Chop large candies; set aside. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Spread over crust; top with candies. Refrigerate, covered, until chocolate mixture is set.

– Crescent paste
– 1 1/2 cup of yogurt
– 1/2 cup of granola
– Nutella
– Strawberries
– 1 banana
– 1 kiwi
– Blueberries
Steps:
1: Set the oven a 375°F .
2: Put your crescent dough together to do a big circle like a pizza. 3: After when the oven is ready put the dough in. 4: At the same time that the dough is cooking, cut all your fruit in slices. 5: When the dough is ready, add the Nutella on it and the yogurt on top of the Nutella. 6: Now you need to put the granola around the dough. 7: Finally put your fruits on your pizza. 8: Now, it’s time to eat!

Rainbow Pizza
Ingredients and materiel :
Pizza dough (700 g)
White chocolate (2225 g)
Parchment paper
Chocolate eggs
Sprinkles
A fork
A rolling pin
4 bowls
Food coloring ( red, blue and yellow)
A spoon
A plate
Steps :
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Cut a big square of parchment paper and put some flour on it.
- Put the pizza dough on the parchment paper.
- Roll it out with the rolling pin to 13-inch round.
- Use the fork to made some little hole on the dough.
- Bake in centre of oven until dough is golden (around 15 min).
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave.
- Pour it equally in the 4 bowls.
- Put the yellow, blue and red food coloring in the white chocolate.
- Mix the chocolate to have a yellow, a red, a blue and a white one.
- Remove the pizza of the oven and put it on a plate
- Use the spoon to take a little of the white chocolat and put it on the center of the pizza.
- Repeat that step with different color until the end
- Pass over the white chocolate with a spoon.
- Put on your chocolate eggs and sprinkles.
- Enjoy!!!

Fruits Pizza
- Cook a plate’s bottom of Pilsbery cookies.
- Whip a whole bag of Nutriwip with a brick of Philadelphia.
- Add the following fruits : pears & peaches in can, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries…
- Boil the juice from the peaches & pears can, add 2 spoons of Jello powder. To thick the recipe, add some corn stash.
